This is unsexy sales at its finest, folks. Plus since they are a B2B company, their target audience is distracted and busy. They are literally at work. That means we don’t have much time to grab their attention and ask them to buy.
No sweat of my back, I say. With the right messaging strategy and approach, we didn’t sell “forklift Maintenance.” We sold them on how much better their life would be if they never had to deal with forklift issues again. We let them know we understand they just want their warehouse to run safely with minimal downtime and high productivity. We did it quickly and clearly. We got in and out. And my clients sold more maintenance packages because of it. Way to go SSTL!
